02Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time, charge, and customer responsibilities.
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka. Delays may occur because of holidays, campaigns, weather, courier limitations, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery may apply.
03Returns & Exchange
Conditions for reporting an issue, exchanging, or returning an eligible item.
Contact support promptly after receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Keep the original packaging, tags, invoice, and clear photos or video that show the issue.
An item should remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. Approval is required before returning anything. Products sent without confirmation may not be accepted.

- Personalized, used, damaged-after-delivery, and certain final-sale items may not be eligible.
- Courier or delivery charges may apply when the issue is not caused by Naseej Fashion.
04Refund Policy
When a refund may apply and how approved refunds are handled.
An approved refund may be considered when an eligible item cannot be replaced, an order is cancelled before processing, or Naseej Fashion confirms another valid reason.
Refund timing depends on the original payment channel and financial service provider. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
